TDL Event, General Assembly and Working Group Sessions 5 and 6 April 2011
TDL Event and General Assembly followed by Working Group sessions took place in Düsseldorf, Germany, 5 and 6 April 2011.
On the first day, after the Executive Board and the first Advisory Board meeting, Prof. Dr. Kai Rannenberg from Goethe University Frankfurt held his opening speech about trust in general, TDL objectives, mission and the introduction of the TDL event.
After the speech we had several roundtable sessions to create concrete project ideas and research questions for the core areas of Trust in Digital Life.

In addition, parallel to these sessions, the members of TDL demonstrated their solutions or products that have impact on the Trust in Digital Life.

On the second day the TDL General Assembly took place. New Executive Board was elected,TDL Progress & Strategy was introduced as well as the SRA objectives and TDL Agenda of 2011 and 2012.
Introduction Advisory Board and Mirror Group members took place and the results of the elections of Executive Board were published.
Dr. Gustav Kalbe, Deputy Head of Unit from Unit F5 - Trust & Security held a speech about the European Commission statement to TDL.
During the Working Group session, the four defined Working Groups continued with the research content and plans for future actions regarding trust, privacy, accountability and security.
