If you are interested in becoming a member of the Trust in Digital Life Association you can apply for membership here.
You have the opportunity to apply for an observer status first. After approving the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Policies & Procedures (P&P), an observer is allowed to participate in the working group meetings like a full member of TDL. The AoA and the P&P are available on request after you have applied for membership, using the link above. The observer status will be granted for 3 months and is free of obligations afterwards. Workgroup meetings are held once every 3 months, so observers can always participate in 1 working group session. If you wish to receive more information on the observer status, you can contact TDL Office.
After being an observer you will have the opportunity to join the Trust in Digital life association as a full member. To become a full member of TDL you will need to submit a signed application letter. Your application letter should include a written statement indicating your relevant expertise and a description of your envisioned contribution to the effort. The application letter template is available on request.
Your application will be reviewed by the Board of Directors. When the Board of Directors approve your application, you will be an official member of the Trust in Digital life association. To become a workgroup member in one of the TDL work groups, you must apply for one of the workgroups after joining the TDL association.
